We use  InPost UK for home delivery services across the United Kingdom.

All orders are delivered directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.

2. Handmade Items & Processing Times

All of our items are handmade to order. Because each product is individually created, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

During busy periods, seasonal launches, or promotional events, turnaround times may occasionally be longer. We appreciate your patience and support for handmade products.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

* United Kingdom: 1–5 business days

Please note:

* Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
* Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or peak periods

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

* Parcel size and weight
* Delivery location

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website where applicable.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

* Tracking details for your parcel

You can track your order through  InPost Tracking.

6. Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

* Delays caused by incorrect delivery details
* Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses
* Additional delivery charges for re-shipping returned parcels

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

We will work with InPost to investigate and resolve delivery issues where possible.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Photographs of the packaging
* Photographs of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.

9. UK Shipping Only

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
