1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days after payment is received.
Wholesale/Bulk orders are processed within 10-14 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to the UK.
If you do not see your location available at checkout, please contact us at exmouthkeepsakes@outlook.com before placing your order.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation via text/email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
However, if you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply or a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
